Revised Florida Limited Liability Company Act Becomes Law

This new Act, codified in Chapter 605 of the Florida Statutes, will be effective for all new Florida LLCs that are formed beginning January 1, 2014; on a voluntary basis for those formed prior to January 1, 2014 and mandatory for all LLCs whenever formed beginning January 1, 2015.
